St. Peter’s promotes unity in diversity, while celebrating the idea that each student is different. The school aims to foster a sense of community and belonging through healthy competition, allowing diverse thought processes to merge and work as one. Promoting values such as team work, leadership, sharing, compassion, and determination, the school is divided into the following four houses:

  1. Ashlin:This was one of the original houses formed initially and was named after Lady Ashlin who founded the School.
  2. Drury:This was the other original house named after a former Principal, Mr. J Drury (1919–1921).
  3. Rowan:Formed after 1941 to accommodate the growing number of students, this house was named after a former Principal, Mr. Thomas Rowan (1908 – 1918).
  4. Cornwill:This was the final house formed following 1941 and was named after Rev. S. Cornelius Williams, a benefactor of the school.

Each student is assigned to a house and is expected to stand true to it till the end. House competitions are held toensure that standards fly high. Each house has a House Master and two student representatives, inculcating discipline and leadership among the students. Younger students learn the rules of fraternity from their seniors, giving them respect in the same measure as they expect to earn it.
