Fruits and Vegetables Dress-Up Activity and Grandparents’ Day Celebration Report

LKG and UKG students enthusiastically celebrated Fruits and Vegetables Dress-Up Day along with Grandparents’ Day, making it a memorable occasion filled with learning, creativity, and family bonding. Parents and grandparents were warmly invited to witness the special programme, and their presence added joy and warmth to the celebration.
The tiny tots confidently dressed up as colourful fruits and vegetables, introducing themselves with enthusiasm and spreading awareness about the importance of eating healthy foods. The programme also featured delightful songs and energetic dance performances by the children, earning loud applause from the audience.
To make the celebration even more special, grandparents and grandchildren participated together in exciting games such as Stack the Cup and Balance the Balloon, creating wonderful moments of laughter, teamwork, and togetherness. Families also enjoyed a creative photo frame-making activity using candy sticks and coloured paper, giving them a beautiful keepsake to cherish. A beautifully decorated photo booth was specially arranged for children, parents, and grandparents, where families captured joyful moments and created lasting memories together.
The celebration concluded with refreshments served to all, leaving everyone with smiles and cherished experiences. The event successfully strengthened the bond between grandparents and grandchildren while promoting healthy eating habits, creativity, confidence, and active participation among the young learners.
