The kindergarten students enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day on 19th June 2026 with great excitement and joy. The program aimed to create awareness among young learners about the importance of yoga for a healthy body and mind.

The celebration began with a brief introduction to yoga and its benefits. The children participated in a guided yoga session where they performed simple asanas such as Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), Butterfly Pose, and breathing exercises. The tiny tots followed the instructions with enthusiasm and displayed excellent coordination and balance.

To make the learning experience more engaging, the children also completed a Yoga Day colouring worksheet. They enjoyed colouring yoga-themed pictures and learned about different yoga poses in a fun and creative way.
